This includes:

 

• Pre-Appointment Discussion: A conversation by phone or message to discuss your pet’s quality of life, any concerns you may have and your wishes for the appointment.

• Home Visit: A visit to your home or another suitable location of your choice, allowing your pet to remain in a calm and familiar environment, surrounded by the people — and other pets, if appropriate — who matter to them.

• Pre-Euthanasia Sedation: We always give sedation before euthanasia, allowing your pet to become relaxed and sleepy before the final injection. This helps us make their passing as gentle and peaceful as possible.

• Time to Say Goodbye: Our appointments typically last around an hour, with up to 90 minutes available when needed. This gives you the time and space to say goodbye without feeling rushed.

• Compassionate Support Throughout: We have undertaken specialist training in peaceful pet euthanasia and are committed to supporting both you and your pet with compassion throughout the appointment.

• Evening and Weekend Appointments: There is no additional charge for pre-arranged evening or weekend appointments.

    

Notes:

• Aftercare: Cremation and other aftercare options are charged separately, depending on your wishes. Please see our Aftercare options below for further information.

• Travel Outside Our Standard Area: An additional travel charge may apply for appointments outside our standard service area. Please contact us to discuss your location.

• Urgent Appointments: We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate urgent or emergency euthanasia appointments. Where we are able to help at short notice, an additional charge may apply.
• Payment: Payment is taken on the morning of your appointment so that, once we arrive, our attention can be entirely on you and your pet. It also means that you know the full cost beforehand, with no unexpected fees afterwards.
• Postponing or Changing Your Appointment: We understand how difficult this decision can be, and it is not unusual for families to decide that the time is not quite right. We deliberately do not take a deposit so that you can move or cancel your appointment without feeling pressured to go ahead. If you change your mind once we are already travelling to you, we can change the appointment to an end-of-life consultation instead.
